Four of my BNI group friends came over for a wine and chocolate tasting.  We sampled three spicy flavored EJC truffles [Aphrodesia, Devil May Care, & Spicy Mama] and found that all three are absolutely fabulous when they are paired with a Tawny Port.  Tawny Ports are sweet or medium dry and typically consumed as a dessert wine.  They are wines made from red grapes that are aged in wooden barrels.  Our Aphrodesia truffle is a combination of cinnamon and chipotle, Devil May Care is the combination of 6 chilies and spices and Spicy Mama is the Habanera.  YOWZA!!!

The art of the truffle has all but disappeared.  EJC crafts handmade truffles from the finest chocolate and combines it with subtle natural flavorings to create an end product that delivers a taste experience to satisfy true chocolate lovers.  We hope you will try us out soon!
