We’ve been busy at EJC. Yesterday we had a fun packed day that started with four-hours at Spa Lamar in Scottsdale, www.thelamar.com, meeting some great ladies and making lots of new friends with our truffles and the Truffle Thursday Club.  We also met with Candi who owns Divine Café and Marketplace www.divinecafeandmarket in Scottsdale, what a dynamite lady she is and her food is fantastic.  Then we moved on to Betty’s Nosh in Glendale, www.bettysnosh.com and had a great wine and truffle pairing with some really fun folks and as an added plus we got a further lesson in cheeses, our teacher really knows her stuff and shares her knowledge in such and easy way.  I can’t think of a better way to spend a Sunday.
