Hello everyone,

I am taking a moment to post a few pictures of my wonderful weekend with my son Jay.  We had great weather, enjoyed great food and I especially enjoyed his wonderfully successful show, "Putting It All Together" - Sondheim.  Here are a few photos of Jay, and Jay and the cast.

Jay and I also spent a nice afternoon at the Bellagio having lunch in their atrium restaurant.  Here we are looking at the wonderful display.  I love this place.  It feels like I am standing in a piece of art.

I hope you all had a great week.  I am getting ready for Valentines Day.  We are busy here at E.J. Confections rolling and packing truffles for everyones sweetheart.  Get your orders in soon so we can have them ready for you for the holiday.  Remember we have sugar free truffles as well as regular truffles.  Both kinds get wonderful reviews.

p.s.  I hope you have fun this Superbowl weekend.  What is everyone having?  I am making a small buffet here so we can munch and watch the game.  I don't have a favorite team.  I think the Superbowl is about food, friends, commercials and relaxing.  Have Fun and Enjoy the day!
